Yep. I played guitar for hours a day just for the fun of it. Then I got
hired into a club band and played 4 45-minute sets 6 nights a week. After 8
months, I was toast; I sold all my instruments and moved to San Francisco
to begin my brief career as a hippie. I didn't play a note for 10 years
until I moved back to the Midwest, got married, got a real job, and SWMBO
suggested I might want to buy a guitar. I thank her regularly.
