Based on information from Erv Schaffer's _Hand-Saw Makers of North
America_, I'd guess that the saw was purchased from the Albany
Hardware & Iron Co. A circa 1904 catalogue indicated that they
carried saws made for them by Disston, including the "Carpenter's
Choice" model.
