Jump right in, it's wonderful.
I love not having to sandwich the things I want to do in between the things
I had to do to earn a living. If something doesn't get done on Sunday--I
can work on it on Monday!
I had two good pieces of advice: "Don't make any long term commitments
until you've been retired for at least a year." and "If you want to do it,
better do it now, because you may not be in shape next year." Enjoy the
day.
To my surprise we've spent about 2 months out of the year traveling. Love
it.
