so true, I'm pretty close to Joe in age, but my two are 15 and 13.

cyanide is not worth it.  Too painful.  I just put the tent up in the
back yard.  Also, you will _very quickly_ learn a. to put the seat down
and b. how to pull and reset the porcelain facility when Barbie and her
friends decide to try the Jacuzzi.

Personally, I prefer an axe handle.  Another possiblility is to ask the
young man to have a chat in the back yard.  This is especially effective
while cleaning the barrel of one's .62 caliber flintlock smoothbore.
